30 years of manufacturing experience

Ottoman Kitchen Appliances entered the industry in 1996 and today ranks among the leading manufacturers of professional kitchen equipment with 30 years of experience. With its dynamic and experienced specialist team, our company designs and manufactures tailored professional kitchen solutions for businesses ranging from restaurants and hotels to cafés and healthcare institutions.

We continue our manufacturing operations at our modern facility in Selimpaşa, Silivri, Istanbul. In line with our vision of continuous development, we invest consistently in strengthening our production capacity and technological infrastructure.

Expanding manufacturing strength

In line with our growth targets in global markets, we have started the investment process for a new production facility in the Kırklareli Organized Industrial Zone. Investment work is ongoing, and the new facility is planned to increase our production capacity significantly.

We hold a leading position in the Turkish market with our gas and electric fryers for the fast-food industry. The special award granted by TUSİD reflects our commitment to quality. Our fryers, heated holding units and water-system steak grills for fried-chicken and burger restaurants are manufactured to international quality standards.

30-year journey

1996

First step

Ottoman was founded in a small shop in Kasımpaşa and grew into a project company in a larger location within two years.

1999

First production workshop

A 350 m² production workshop opened in Seyrantepe, together with a second sales store in Kasımpaşa.

2001

Growing sales network

A three-storey building on Kasımpaşa's main street was acquired and became the new sales centre.

2002

Production and exports

Production and exports began at a 650 m² facility. Five-star hotel projects in Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan were delivered, and Türkiye's first digitally thermostatic fryer was manufactured.

2004

Water-system steak grill

Production began for Türkiye's first American-style water-system steak grill.

2006

Capacity growth

Rising production volume began to exceed the capacity of the 650 m² facility.

2007

İkitelli facility

Operations moved to a 1,200 m² facility in İkitelli, expanding production and exports of the 70 and 90 cooking series.

2010

1,750 m² production area

The İkitelli production area expanded to 1,750 m² and special pastry and meat display refrigerators entered production.

2012

TUSİD innovation award

The digital fryer with automatic lift and filtration system won third place in the TUSİD product competition.

2013

International exhibitions

Regular international exhibitions beginning with HOST Milano introduced Ottoman products to new markets.

2014

Digital gas fryer

Türkiye's first eight-program gas fryer with digital thermostat control was manufactured.

2015

Romania operation

Ottoman Echipamente Bucaterie began operations with a company and store in Constanța, Romania.

2016

Pressure fryers

Türkiye's first digitally controlled gas and electric pressure fryers were manufactured and exhibited at TUSİD Hostech.

2017

Automatic-lift pasta fryer

A digitally programmed automatic-lift pasta fryer with four independently controlled baskets was developed.

2019

Automatic-ignition gas fryer

Türkiye's first automatic-ignition, eight-program gas fryer with digital thermostat control was manufactured.

2021

Conveyor donut fryer

Türkiye's first conveyor donut fryer was manufactured.

2023

Selimpaşa investment

A new factory with 3,500 m² of indoor and 1,000 m² of outdoor space was acquired in Selimpaşa and began operating in January 2025.

2024

Automatic Rack Fryer

Final tests were completed for the Automatic Rack Fryer, designed to cook different chicken products simultaneously.

2026

Kırklareli OIZ investment

The investment process for a new production facility in the Kırklareli Organized Industrial Zone began.
