Identity, contact, financial, billing and customer transaction data; IP, log and device data; and, where consent is obtained, visual or audio records may be processed.
4. Collection and legal grounds
Data is collected via web forms, email, phone, social media, fairs, contracts, commercial documents, camera systems and digital communications on statutory, contractual, legal-obligation, legitimate-interest or consent grounds.
5. Transfers
Subject to KVKK safeguards, data may be transferred to public authorities, partners, suppliers, distributors and providers of finance, IT, legal, marketing, cloud, email and hosting services. International transfers follow applicable safeguards.
6. Retention
Data is retained for the period required by law or its processing purpose, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may request information, purpose and recipient details, correction, deletion or destruction, object to automated results and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
